| Osaka Refinery (NPRC) of
Nippon Petroleum Refining Co., Ltd. established the Refining
Center, a centralized control room whose purpose is to
improve the productivity and efficiency of the refinery.
The Refining Center monitors and controls several different
on-site plants and other off-site facilities. SHINKAWA
was responsible for the engineering of the entire instrumentation
system and for the design and construction of the integration
work, including the design of the instrument panels. |
