We have received reports that a company falsely claiming to be our authorized distributor has solicited business and fraudulently obtained funds.

Specifically, we have been informed that a company operating under the name “Nihon Industrial Trading Co., Ltd.” or “日本工業貿易株式会社” displayed on its website as if it were an authorized distributor of SHINKAWA; based on such representation, the reporting company obtained a quotation for SHINKAWA products from said company and made payment therefor, but the products were never delivered and the company subsequently became unreachable.

We have no affiliation whatsoever with any company referred to as “Nihon Industrial Trading Co., Ltd.” or “日本工業貿易株式会社.”

We strongly urge all customers to exercise extreme caution when dealing with such suspicious transactions.
